My Eco Space Group Garden Annex’s

Most people would like ‘a bit of extra living space’, but for some it’s a real necessity rather than a luxury. Standalone garden rooms are great for many situations, from a home games room to a professional gym, but when it comes to a permanent independent living space having a self contained garden annexe added to your home is the perfect solution.

There are many other reasons for choosing a garden annexe as a completely detached and independent living space. A frequent guest room, live in nanny or nurse, elderly or disabled living space or giving the kids their first taste of running their own home whilst saving for a deposit on their first home.  Or maybe you want to downsize, you’ve found a new home in a great location but you need just a little more space.

Our garden annex spaces are not temporary buildings they are a bespoke permanent solution to extending your living space.  Built to the same standards as a house they are fully equipped with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room with WIFI connection and can even be fitted with energy saving climate control and solar PV panels. Weather it’s for an elderly relative, a graduate returning home, an investment opportunity or to give guests their own sleeping space adding a garden annex to your home could tick a lot of boxes
